This project emerged from two key observations: Firstly, individuals eager to make a positive impact and support the youth in Africa, but lacking guidance on where to begin. Secondly, a resilient and determined younger generation, seeking opportunities to thrive and succeed.
To address this, our aim is to provide a practical solution for all stakeholders involved. We connect international mentors with these aspiring young individuals, enabling them to receive valuable advice and guidance on various subjects, including:
- Vocational guidance or integration project.
- Formalization of an entrepreneurial project.
- Coaching and specific training.

We're happy to provide our mentoring program for free. Everyone should have access to quality educational resources, regardless of their financial situation.
If you're an expert in your field and want to support our mentees, please register on our form. We welcome mentors from a variety of backgrounds and industries.
Our mentoring program will be expanded to include young individuals from diverse African countries in the future. For the initial launch, we have decided to begin with Niger as the pilot country.
The program typically takes 3-6 months to complete, and we provide all the resources you need to succeed.
